The seller informed her that Cash on Delivery was not available and demanded advance payment before dispatching the parcel. Trusting the seller, she transferred a total amount of Rs. 2,800, including: - Rs. 2,450 for the shirt/dress - Rs. 350 for delivery charges After receiving the payment, the seller blocked her and stopped replying on WhatsApp and stopped responding to her messages. She did not receive the ordered item, nor was her money returned. Later, I checked online reviews and found that several other women had also complained about being scammed by the same seller. This indicates that the individual may be involved in repeated online fraud activities. This incident has caused her financial loss as well as emotional distress.
